1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2Eligibility

To register and maintain a won4d account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. won4d strictly enforces the 21+ age limit. Any account found to be operated by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the depositing payment method, subject to verification.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise located in a jurisdiction in which accessing the Platform is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each use.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be under any court order or legal restriction that prevents you from entering into contracts.
• Single Account: You may hold only one won4d account. Registering more than one account — whether under your own name or another identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance, including deposited funds, where fraud is established.
• Own Funds: You confirm that all funds deposited into your won4d account are your own, are lawfully obtained, and are not derived from any criminal or fraudulent activity.
• Not a Politically Exposed Person: You confirm that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) as defined by international anti-money laundering standards, or if you are, that you have disclosed this to won4d prior to registration.
• Not an Employee: You are not an employee, director, contractor, or close associate of won4d or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

3Account Registration

To access the Platform's betting and gaming services, you must complete the registration process at won4d.vip. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.

won4d will verify the information you provide as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are approved:

• Government-issued photo ID: KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), passport, or SIM (driver's licence).
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of payment method: A screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata) or e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) used for deposits.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. won4d will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify won4d support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the won4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). won4d supports deposits and withdrawals via the following locally recognised payment channels:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within five minutes for e-wallet transactions and within fifteen minutes for bank transfers during standard banking hours (WIB, UTC+7). won4d does not accept deposits made by third parties; the name on the depositing bank account or e-wallet must match the registered name on your won4d account exactly.

Withdrawal requests are processed within a target of ten minutes for verified accounts during WIB business hours. First-time withdrawals and withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds may require additional KYC documentation before processing. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are published in the Platform's banking information section and are subject to change.

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name that has previously been used for a deposit, unless won4d's support team has approved an alternative method in writing.
• won4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents for any withdrawal, regardless of account status or previous transaction history.
• Any transaction suspected of involving money laundering, fraud, or misuse of bonuses will be frozen pending investigation and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks initiated by a Member against a won4d deposit will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawal, and recovery action for the full charged-back amount.

5Bonuses & Promotions

won4d offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned to the Indonesian calendar (Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Imlek). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms by reference.

The following general bonus terms apply to all won4d promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a minimum wagering (turnover) requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sportsbook bets, live casino tables, slot games, and togel markets may each carry different contribution percentages, as specified in the promotion terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited without notice.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active in a Member's account at any given time, unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse: Bonus abuse — including but not limited to multi-accounting, staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or use of automated betting software — will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• won4d's Discretion: won4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to disqualify any Member from a promotion where abuse or violation of these Terms is suspected.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on the won4d Platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose the full amount wagered. The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on won4d:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. won4d will not accept requests to cancel, void, or reverse a bet after it has been accepted, except in accordance with the specific game or sports rules applicable to the relevant event.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are binding.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or communication breakdown that results in a bet being placed at clearly incorrect odds or under erroneous conditions, won4d reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the Member's account.
• Togel draw results are determined by officially published source markets (e.g., Hongkong Pools for the Togel Hongkong market). won4d publishes full result histories with timestamps and does not interfere with draw outcomes.
• For live casino games operated by third-party providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live), the rules of the relevant provider govern game outcomes. won4d's role is that of distributor; game results are determined by the provider's certified systems.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee outcomes on any individual session.
• Maximum payout limits per bet and per day apply. These limits are published in the Platform's game information sections and may be updated from time to time.

7Responsible Gaming

won4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Members. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the Member's account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion. Members are encouraged to set personal limits that reflect their individual financial circumstances and to review these limits regularly.

Self-exclusion is available to any Member who believes their gambling behaviour is becoming harmful. A self-exclusion request will result in the Member's account being closed for the selected duration (minimum 30 days, up to permanent exclusion). During a self-exclusion period, won4d will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded Member from opening a new account. 8Intellectual Property

All content on the won4d Platform — including but not limited to the won4d brand name, logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the property of won4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activities.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of won4d. Scraping, data mining, the use of automated bots, or any other systematic extraction of Platform data is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9Privacy & Data

won4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and service improvement purposes.

won4d will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors, game providers, and regulatory or law enforcement authorities where required by law or where necessary to deliver the Platform's services.

10Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, won4d's total liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that Member's account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

won4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond won4d's control (including force majeure events).
• Delays or errors in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers, including Indonesian banks and e-wallet services.
• Inaccuracy of odds, game results, or togel draw data caused by third-party data feeds or source market providers.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's account where such access results from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any decision made by a Member to place a bet or wager, or the outcome of any such bet or wager.

Nothing in these Terms limits won4d's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11Suspension & Termination

won4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Member has provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC.
• The Member is engaged in, or facilitating, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The Member has opened more than one account on the Platform.
• The Member is under the age of 21 or is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory.
• The Member's account is subject to a court order, legal process, or regulatory instruction requiring won4d to restrict access.

Upon account closure for cause, won4d reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or material breach is established, any deposited funds held in the account. Where an account is closed at the Member's request or for reasons unrelated to breach, verified account balances will be returned to the Member's registered payment method within a reasonable period.

12Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which won4d holds its gaming licence. won4d operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence and is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering, data protection, and responsible gaming regulations.

Members who access the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of their jurisdiction. won4d makes no representation that the Platform or its services are appropriate or legally available in any particular location. Access from Prohibited Territories is strictly not permitted.

Any dispute between a Member and won4d that cannot be resolved by negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. Judgment on any arbitral award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13Amendments

won4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, won4d will provide reasonable notice to Members via the Platform or by email to the registered address. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent amendment.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting won4d support.
